TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These terms and conditions are to ensure that all our clients have as stress free and enjoyable experience as possible on their tours. We want to give our clients a tour unparalleled in both quality and value for money.

Deposit.
If you cancel your tour(s) 90 days or less from your tour date, then your deposit is non-refundable (this includes any health issues you may have which would need to be claimed from your holiday insurance or health cover). If you cancel your tour more than 90 days from the tour date, a full refund will be given.
Where a deposit has been paid, should you cancel your tour 10 days or less from the date of your tour, then full payment will be needed via credit card.
In the unlikely event that cancellation is necessary for any reason or circumstances that are outside of our control, preventing the tour from occurring, e.g. weather, disease etc, then the deposit will be non refundable.
If for any reason the tour is cancelled by Dale Booth Normandy Tours then you will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation with no deposit
If you have not paid a deposit for your tour(s), and you cancel 10 days or less, then the tour will be payable in full via credit card. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover any of the above eventualities.

Be Prepared.

Please remember you will be visiting areas that possibly exist on rough terrain. Although the summers are mainly pleasant, it also rains quite a lot in Normandy, especially between the months of November to May. Please make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing, especially the correct foot wear. Umbrellas will be provided for the day.

Insurance.

We carry all the necessary policies/documents in order to fulfil the legal regulations in respect of carrying paying customers, within our safety checked vehicle (seatbelts are fitted and must be worn by law when the vehicle is in motion). We are fully insured and registered, however, each individual client is responsible for their own travel insurance.

Payments.

We accept payment in cash (Euros or Pounds); or most major credit cards. All payments must be made at the end of each day touring.

Timings.

The tours generally commence at 8.30am, unless otherwise stipulated when booking, and finish at 5.30pm. If you are late for your collection it can be almost impossible to make up the time and this, of course, can affect the quality of the tour.

Valuables.

Please try and keep the number of valuables you carry on the tour down to a minimum. If any are left in the minibus they should be locked in the trunk or placed out of site under the seats. Crime is generally low in Normandy but we cannot be held responsible for thefts from your person or from the minibus.

Receipt.

Upon request an invoice can be provided on the day of the tour.
